The Role
As an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn the full recruitment lifecycle and play a key role in connecting standout candidates with exciting businesses. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships with clients
- Sourcing, interviewing, and guiding candidates
- Writing job ads and coordinating interviews
- Managing the process from first call to final offer
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Contributing to a friendly and collaborative Shoreditch office culture
Salary & Benefits
£25,400 – £45,000 per year (including performance-based commission)
