Role Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Mouser for our UK customers. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and ensure every customer enjoys a seamless and positive experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering first-class service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, shipping details, and returns
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Warehouse, Technical Support) to resolve customer concerns
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, policies, and procedures
- Ensure all customer interactions reflect Mouser’s high standards of professionalism and care
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous customer service experience (preferably in electronics, distribution, or retail)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency with computers and CRM/order entry systems
- A positive attitude with a customer-first approach
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
