Role Overview
The Administrative & Finance Officer will play a key role in supporting the operational and financial efficiency of the academy. You will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, financial processing, and assisting senior staff in maintaining smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, and payroll support
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist with budgeting and reporting
- Provide general administrative support to staff and senior leadership
- Coordinate correspondence, meetings, and office systems
- Support compliance with school policies and statutory regulations
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in administration and/or finance, preferably in an educational setting
- Strong numerical and organizational skills
- Proficiency with accounting software, spreadsheets, and office systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
